The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Metropolitan Baton Rouge is a diverse group of change agents united through a shared vision to advocate for black women and girls unapologetically. We aim to set a standard of excellence, create a legacy of forward-thinking leaders, and to serve our community through leadership, commitment, and service.

The Metropolitan Baton Rouge Chapter has earned MODEL CHAPTER with a PERFECT SCORE of 100% for our accomplishments in programming, advocacy, leadership development, and chapter/member development.
Our Mission
The Mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is to advocate on behalf of black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, economic empowerment, and public policy.
HEALTH
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is concerned about the well-being of the whole community and the whole person: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
EDUCATION
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. delivers support services that help youth achieve their educational goals.
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. economic programs focus on financial literacy, family wealth building, and entrepreneurship.
